Lorcan and Frances will talk about his work, and how he navigates tight budgets and stakeholder needs to integrate common space.
He will also share insights into 410 Rossmore, his latest Los Angeles project, where he will add five new floors of co-living space to the 90-year-old apartment building in Hancock Park.
