Please join us Saturday, April 11th between 4:00 and 6:00 PM for a very special presentation of Books & Co. - an exhibition of publications by appropriation artist Eric Doeringer. Doeringer recreates iconic books by artists such as Ed Ruscha, Richard Prince, Sol Lewitt, and Dieter Roth. For example, his edition of Some Los Angeles Apartments presents photographs of each of the buildings in Ed Ruscha’s book of the same title, but shot by Doeringer forty years after the original.

Featuring more than twenty-five publications, this will be the most comprehensive exhibition of Doeringer’s books to date. In addition to the opportunity to meet the artist and get a book - or books - signed, the artist will be producing an exclusive sixteen-page publication to accompany the event.
