Dear Friends, It has been over a decade since Arcana: Books on the Arts has exhibited at a Fair, and we’ve decided to bring some long-hidden treasures from the vaults!
There will be rarities from the realms of Pop and Conceptual documentation, Los Angeles-based ephemera from the sixties, seventies and eighties, and an enticing assortment of artist books, catalogues and periodicals. Some of the highlights will be the 1961 Yves Klein “Monochrome und Feuer” catalogue from Krefeld with the three multiples, an impressive group of Raymond Pettibon zines, rare and signed Andy Warhol material (including the ultra-scarce Tucson lecture poster from 1967 pictured above), a batch of Richard Prince gallery announcements, Irving Blum and Dwan gallery posters, and a whole lot more.
