Raymond Pettibon first came to prominence during the late-seventies with his raw, literary-inflected imagery for Black Flag, Sonic Youth, and SST Records. Over the subsequent decades, the erstwhile Southern California artist has deservedly become an international contemporary art icon. "Plot Burial" is his 2001 Superflux-published artist book cum 'zine collaboration with Josh Bayer - aka "Sketchy" - in the time-honored DIY, xeroxed format of his earlier, self-published works that reproduces forty-eight psychologically-charged drawings.
