The 1 x 1 ¼" pin bearing the text "Stars Don't Hold Still in the Sky (For Anybody)" is housed on a cotton cushion inside a 2 x 2 ¼ x 3/8" white-with-red-lettering sliding paper matchbox-style enclosure.
