Fine./No Jacket - As Issued.. np (64pp), 14 b&w illustrations. In a protective clear acetate dustwrapper. "A Few Palm Trees" is Edward Ruscha's thirteenth photographically illustrated artist book - a charming black and white survey of fourteen palm trees inhabiting the City of Angels. A bright, most handsome example of the 1971 first and only edition (entry B13 in Siri Engberg's "Edward Ruscha: Editions 1959-1999" which is also cited on pages 198-201 of The Hasselblad Center's "The Open Book", page 104 of "From Fair to Fine 2", and page 224 of "From Fair to Fine 3") limited to three thousand, nine hundred copies issued without a glassine wrapper additionally SIGNED "Ed Ruscha" in blue ink across the top of the front free endpaper showing just the most minute bit of wear and handling to its still-glossy black covers.
