This is the quirky Xeroxed flyer produced by Matt Groening to promote a 1984 joint poster, record, and comic book signing event with his good pal Gary Panter at Los Angeles' Graphitti Comic Art Gallery. Lettered and with a silhouetted background by Groening, the foreground image is of a Panter-drawn Jimbo intoning "Quit Wiggling!" to Matt's "Life in Hell" character Bongo perched atop his shoulders yelling "Halp". A most handsome, guaranteed vintage example of this exceedingly uncommon ephemeral item showing a single hole - punched for display on a wire hook - at the top center plucked from the wall of Westwood's Rhino Records at the time of the event by yours truly.
