This extraordinarily beautiful, oversized 1987 monograph from Loosestrife Editions presents eighteen moody, noir-ish images of Berlin and its environs as seen through the lens of the redoubtable John Gossage. The front cover of the sleek black linen binding features a laid down 8 ½ x 6 ¾" silver gelatin photograph printed by the author. A most handsome example of this uncommon item (cited on page 149 of "From Fair to Fine 3") limited to five hundred copies BOLDLY NUMBERED (20/500) AND SIGNED "John Gossage" black ink on the front preliminary, as issued.
