An exceptionally handsome, bright white example of this uncommon, seminal Conceptual document whose provenance derives from Holly Solomon - Matta-Clark's primary dealer during his lifetime who along with her husband Horace purchased the Humphrey Street residence for the artist's use - additionally BOLDLY SIGNED "Gordon Matta Clark" in black ink on the front free endpaper showing some light soiling to its white wrappers.
