Standard shipping to a continental US address for one book (unless it's noted as being extra heavy):
If the book is less than $100:        $ 7.00  
If the book is $100 - $ 199.99:      $ 7.75
If the book is $200 - $ 299.99:      $ 8.50
If the book is $300 - $ 399.99:      $ 9.25
...Add $ .75 per $100 value thereafter.
